Guests using the Salon must be over the age of 16 years of age, or have written consent from their parents.

Sun Showers

Please check the list of contraindications before booking. After your treatment please read the aftercare section. A Client Card must be signed
before using the sunshowers.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are available from The Beauty Lounge Chester, we regret that no responsibility will be taken for any lost or expired vouchers.
Vouchers are strictly non-refundable and can not be exchanged for cash.

Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions – The Beauty Lounge Chester

Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and are redeemable within 3 months from the date of purchase and will not be accepted after the expiry date. Vouchers can only be used for services at the salon, and cannot be redeemed for cash, retail products, sold or transferred.

If must be made known that payment will be made by voucher at the time of booking and the voucher handed to the therapist at the start of the treatment. Please note that you do not have use the full value of your vouchers during one session.

24 hours notice is required for all cancellations. Failure to give the required notice will result in your gift voucher being voided.

The voucher can not be redeemed against treatments for Acrylic/Gel Nails or Chiropody Treatments

The Beauty Lounge Chester will take no responsibility for lost or expired vouchers.
